Walther Trowal AR600

The client required a complete reline and also a re-einginereing of the drain system. We produced round drain bungs with tapered holes to aid the drainage process as the previous Walther Trowal drain was prone to blocking.

This Walther Trowal AR600 through finisher machine required a new 180kg cast polyurethane lining. A new mould tool was built in order to reline this machine. The mould tool was manufactured from mild steel.
The finished replacement liner was 30mm thick hard wearing polyurethane. The steel work was painted in blue to match the original Walther Trowal colour.

The relining work (including painting) was carried out in 14 working days.
