Rosler R420  – relined for OEM.

This is a 160 kg cast polyurethane lining. An alteration of the steelwork was required including the fabrication of an offload chute. A new mould tool was built in order to reline this machine. The mould tool was manufactured from mild steel.
The machine body was relined with 40mm thick, 90ShA cast polyurethane. The unlined faces were painted with RAL6011 green paint.
The relining work (including painting) was carried out in 7 working days.
